I got sick of asking Claude, "what is the size of this font" so I made a css inspector for coding environment https://www.npmjs.com/package/css-spec - Review CSS properties directly on browser & claude code - See where certain colors are being used - Send CSS update commands to cursor/claude directly npm i -D css-spec npx css-spec init ⌥ (option) +D to start Would love any feedback! 💌

I’ve never designed an iOS app icon before. Po doesn’t have a mobile app yet, but he still needs to eat when I’m away from my desk. I made an iOS Shortcut that lets me send him references while browsing social media, which gave me an excuse to start exploring what his future app icon could look like. Still learning how to design for Apple’s new OS style. Any tips or details I should be paying attention to (shadow tutorials?!?)?

I just published ChatFolio on Framer! It is a conversational portfolio template that simulates the experience of chatting with an AI agent. Try it: https://framer.link/IDAqmaN To give people real freedom when editing the smart template, everything had to be modular. Nothing is hard-coded. The system orchestrates custom code overrides with native Framer design, keeps streaming chat interactions stable through Framer’s two-batch rendering, preserves chat state across main and sub-chat threads, and still lets people customize the design visually without worrying about breaking the logic underneath. From design to build, that balance took 4 months to get right. iykyk.

I shipped this feature preview, "how to use our app" section with Claude for a client. CSS animation is light and fast, way easier to ship than creating GIFs or videos!

I hired a tiny art director to help keep my design references and inspiration organized. His name is Po, which is short for Hipppo. Po is really hungry, so he eats everything I find inspiring while I’m browsing the web and social media. Then, when I’m ready to use it, he helps turn those references into ready-made moodboards inside Figma. I’m getting ready to share him soon. The bigger goal is to help designers create entire brands from the references and inspiration they already collect. I’m testing with friends now and have room for a couple more. If you’re interested, leave a comment and I’ll DM you.

AtomCore Figma Plugin (https://www.figma.com/community/plugin/1541822734047910315/atomcore-wireframe-components) is live 🚀 Designed in Figma, built in Cursor, synced via Supabase. Wireframing is the art of communicating intent. It’s the quiet work that gives logic to the beautiful visuals that come later. AI tools aren’t removing this step. They’re fast, but their layouts often look convincing while lacking reasoning and flexibility. Patching components from design systems that are never built for early exploration isn’t ideal either. The tool with the right balance of fidelity and variety did not exist, so I built a tool my team and I would find useful. I started with building a component library, then designed and built the AtomCore plugin to bring them into any Figma file. Drag. Drop. Break instance. Compose. Iterate.

One thing I’m learning with node workflows like Flora and Weavy is that each step needs to be specialized. Then you layer in the specifics. A lot of what I’m building right now is for branded imagery. With image models, you get plenty of unwanted artifacts, strange details, and gooey limbs, so it can take a few passes to get the final image where you want it. I’ve always admired art directors for their eye for detail. These tools force you to put that hat on. The thing I wish these tools had is a better way to draw, mark up, and revise as you move through the workflow. In any case, I’m really proud of the images that are coming to life.

Weavy or Flora? Having fun with these workflows. Takes a while to get them tuned, but when they work, they are wonderful. Finding Weavy to be a bit buggy, unfortunately.
