To give people real freedom when editing the smart template, everything had to be modular. Nothing is hard-coded. The system orchestrates custom code overrides with native Framer design, keeps streaming chat interactions stable through Framer’s two-batch rendering, preserves chat state across main and sub-chat threads, and still lets people customize the design visually without worrying about breaking the logic underneath.

From design to build, that balance took 4 months to get right. iykyk.
