This project is with a tax, accounting, and finance services firm with 40+ years of experience managing individual, business, and corporate taxes. I led their digital transformation, building and shipping their website in a week. Automated operations within lead capture, inbox management, invoice creation, and AI-powered client communication.

For this challenge, I partnered with a real local custom furniture business whose craftsmanship was exceptional, but whose digital experience relied primarily on a traditional website and manual customer interactions.
The business had beautiful completed projects, yet customers still had to browse static pages, contact the workshop manually for quotations, and wait for updates during production. There was no way to explore personalized design ideas, visualize furniture in a space, track production progress, or access post-delivery information.
I redesigned the entire customer journey into a premium AI-powered digital experience.
