Formula 1 is all about split-second precision, and I wanted to capture that exact energy in a single frame. Hi there, I’m Rayan, a Graphic Designer specializing in high-end sports posters, luxury branding, and commercial ads. I might be brand new to Contra, but I'm definitely not new to the design game! To kick things off on this platform, I’m pulling back the curtain on my creative process. My first-ever Contra post is a design concept inspired by Lando Norris securing P3 in qualifying. I wanted to show how raw, high-octane motorsport energy can seamlessly merge with a sleek, luxury aesthetic. In this design video, I’ll take you through my workflow—from integrating official team kit typography for sponsors like Monster Energy and Cisco, to refining the composition of the McLaren car's iconic Google Chrome livery. The ultimate goal was to take trackside action and elevate it into a clean, commercial-grade, premium poster that commands attention. Since this is officially day one for me here on Contra, my schedule is wide open for new freelance projects and collaborations!
