This concept is born from this question: how could a smartwatch interface feel more playful and motivating for runners, instead of just showing numbers? On the watch screen, a small, cute character runs—its speed matching the runner’s speed in real time. Walk, jog, sprint… the character reacts instantly, turning effort into visual feedback. Designed and animated entirely in @ (https://www.instagram.com/rive.app/)rive.app (http://rive.app) , this experiment explores how motion, interaction, and character animation can make wearable experiences more engaging—especially on tiny screens.
