Fractional Head of Talent | Helping Startups Hire Fast
Cover image for Hiring Shouldn’t Be the Thing
Hiring Shouldn’t Be the Thing Slowing Your Startup Down Hiring usually breaks down before the first interview. Founders don’t need more resumes. They need clarity, speed, and someone who owns the process. I work with startups as a Fractional Head of Talent to take hiring off their plate without adding a full-time recruiter or long-term agency contracts. If you’re planning to hire in the next 30–90 days, happy to connect.
