After years of building design systems for others, I finally decided to ship one for myself. It’s called Crumbs-UI. The idea is simple: a design-first UI kit where Figma and production code actually talk to each other through synced tokens. No fake components, no handoff chaos—just a tool that works the way it should. It’s still in beta. I’m breaking it, refining it, and probably overthinking it. Handled the full design and development of a new website for Blush & Marble, a luxury short-term rental management company based in Cyprus. The project started in Figma, where I worked closely with the client to shape the overall visual direction, user experience, and brand presentation. The goal was to create a modern, elegant website that feels trustworthy, premium, and approachable to potential property owners and guests. The website was then developed in Next.js and deployed on Netlify, with a strong focus on responsiveness, performance, and SEO. Property listings and related content are fetched from Airtable on-demand, a solution I suggested to give the client an already familiar way to manage and update content without needing a custom CMS or technical knowledge. The final result is a fast, flexible, and easy-to-manage platform that reflects the quality of the brand while keeping ongoing content updates lightweight for the business owner. The client was extremely happy with the result, as was the positive reception from their customers.

One of the most fun projects I’ve worked on. The starting point? A beautiful mess: endless Excel sheets, folders full of documents, government forms, PDFs, emails, and a lot of manual coordination between people trying to figure out how to relocate to another country. We took that chaos and turned it into a product. By automating the boring parts and structuring the process, we built a system that helps people and their families move abroad for work — or simply start a new chapter somewhere a bit calmer than whatever madness is going on in the world right now. Less paperwork. Less confusion. More life decisions actually happening. And honestly, building tools that help people change their lives a little? That’s the kind of project that makes the work feel worth it.
