The goal of the project was to create a premium fitness experience that feels modern, motivating, and easy to use while avoiding the cluttered and overly technical interfaces commonly found in health apps. The application allows users to track workouts, monitor daily activity, manage calorie intake, and analyze health metrics from a single unified dashboard. Users can log meals with automatic calorie calculations, track macros such as protein, carbs, and fats, and monitor live workout sessions with real-time performance metrics including heart rate, pace, calories burned, cadence, and distance. A major focus of the product was the AI-driven experience. FitPulse introduces smart health coaching, recovery insights, progress recommendations, and adaptive wellness suggestions based on user activity and behavior. The interface was designed using a dark futuristic visual system with neon teal accents, glowing activity rings, glassmorphism-inspired surfaces, and high-contrast typography to create a premium and immersive experience. The project included complete mobile UI/UX design flows including onboarding, authentication, dashboard analytics, nutrition management, exercise tracking, and live activity monitoring screens. Every interaction was optimized for readability, accessibility, and quick decision-making to ensure users can easily understand their progress and stay motivated throughout their fitness journey.
