CelebGen – AI Celebrity Photo & Video Generator (iOS, SwiftUI)
CelebGen is a SwiftUI iOS app for creating AI photos and videos featuring celebrities, backed by Firebase Cloud Functions. I took over the project as the sole developer and shipped five App Store releases so far (v2.6–continued). I built the Grok-powered image-to-video feature, Snap & Edit, and multi-prompt photo series generation; migrated the backend image pipeline from Replicate to fal.ai; and grew monetization with new credit packages, smarter RevenueCat paywall triggers, and moderation-aware credit handling. I also ran onboarding and review-prompt experiments, tracked with PostHog

Memory Bank is a private family app designed to capture the small moments that usually get lost.
We take thousands of photos every year, but the little things often disappear: a note before a test, a flower picked on the way home from school, a funny photo of the family cat, or a simple “good luck” message from a parent.
Memory Bank gives families a shared space where they can add photos, notes, and emojis throughout the day. These contributions form a collaborative daily memory that lives on the home screen as a widget.
At midnight, the day’s memory is automatically captured as a Polaroid and saved to a family archive. Over time, families build a collection of memories together, one day at a time.
For this project, I wanted to experiment with a different design workflow.
Instead of starting in Figma, I used Codex and the Build-iOS-App workflow to generate a working Swift prototype first. My goal was to validate the interaction and product flow before investing time in visual design.
Once the concept felt promising, I used Figma MCP to bring the app screens into Figma, where I explored different visual directions, refined the user experience, and iterated on the overall concept.
I then used Figma Make to prototype key interactions and validate the experience before bringing those improvements back into the app.
Finally, I created the launch trailer and supporting assets using Hyperframes, Codex, and Figma MCP, allowing me to iterate on both the visual design and the story as the concept evolved.
The result was a workflow that felt much more fluid than the traditional path of Idea → Design → Prototype → Build.
Instead, the project evolved through a continuous loop of Idea → Prototype → Figma → Prototype → Launch.
Memory Bank started as a Makeathon experiment, but quickly became something I genuinely want to build for my own family.

Missing those glittery internet days when everything felt glittery, chaotic, and boldly extra. Choosing an avatar, picking a mood, writing a quote, and becoming whoever you wanted to be online. A little nostalgic, a little chaotic, very sparkly. 🦋 💖
It's one thing to work hard and earn money. It's another thing to manage that money well and make it work for you.
With rising living costs and more people relying on multiple income streams, I found myself struggling to answer simple questions:
• How much can I actually afford to spend?
• Am I saving enough?
• Am I investing enough?
• Where is my money really going?
That personal frustration inspired me to build Verda Finance, my submission for the #ConfigMakeathon.
Verda is an AI-powered financial planning companion designed to help people manage income, expenses, savings, and investments in one place.
With Verda, you can:
1. Add and track multiple income sources
2. Set financial goals
3. Generate a personalized budget using the 50/30/20 rule
4. Track expenses manually or by scanning receipts
5. Receive AI-powered budgeting insights and recommendations
My favorite feature is the receipt scanner, which makes recording expenses so much easier.
The goal was simple: make financial planning and money management feel less overwhelming. Available on Web and mobile.
Tools used include Figma Make, Gemini for Ai analysis and Supabase.
