The FlowForge Revenue Audit Tool is an analytical system designed to independently evaluate a company's commercial funnel, identify revenue friction, estimate potential financial impact, and generate structured recommendations. I developed it as the analytical engine supporting the broader FlowForge Revenue revenue-engineering system. The Problem Revenue audits are often heavily dependent on manual research, spreadsheets, subjective interpretation, and consultant-led analysis. This creates several problems: Audits can take significant time. Findings can be inconsistent. Revenue impact is often poorly quantified. Different companies may be evaluated using different frameworks. Recommendations may not be directly connected to measurable financial impact. The FlowForge Revenue Audit Tool is designed to make the process more structured, repeatable, and scalable. What It Does The tool accepts structured company and commercial inputs and uses them to simulate and evaluate potential revenue friction.

It handles forecasting by anchoring line items to fixed percentage drivers, such as setting accounts receivable to 20% of revenue and inventory to 25% of the cost of sales to maintain structured working capital cycles. Structurally, it separates capital management into an aggressive repayment schedule for legacy debt and a continuous financing loop where 70% of annual CAPEX is funded via new debt. Finally, it layered in a scenario manager to stress-test these mechanics across Base, Best, and Worst-case outcomes, while feeding a Dupont analysis matrix to track true return on equity performance.
