I enjoy designing book covers that are tailored to each story instead of relying on generic templates. Whether it's romance, thriller, horror, or non-fiction, my goal is always to create a cover that feels unique, visually engaging, and aligned with the author's vision.

The cover of any horror or gothic novel is its first impression, and that's exactly what makes a reader stop and look twice on the shelf. For this project, I took on that exact challenge: designing a cover that honors the depth of the genre while still holding up to modern publishing standards. The core concept started with a Victorian-era haunted mansion, wrapped in fog and a cold blue-grey palette to create a heavy, mysterious atmosphere. From there, I added a dramatic red blood-drip element that runs like a visual thread from the top of the cover all the way to the bottom. It wasn't just decorative, it directly represents the novel's central themes of blood, power, and sacrifice. The front cover, spine, and back cover were all designed as one unified composition, with the typography's weight and placement carefully balanced so the title feels bold yet elegant. The synopsis layout on the back cover was also kept clean and readable, giving it that polished finish you'd expect on a real bookstore shelf. My approach has always been the same: just looking good isn't enough, a cover needs to carry the emotional weight of the story. That's why every element, whether it's the color palette or a small visual detail like the blood-drip, is added with a clear purpose in mind. For this project, I designed a clean and well-structured journal interior focused on simplicity, readability, and everyday usability. The layout includes thoughtfully organized pages, balanced typography, planning sections, trackers, calendars, and writing space to create a smooth and enjoyable user experience. My goal was to design an interior that is both visually appealing and highly functional while maintaining a consistent layout throughout the journal. Every page was carefully formatted to ensure a polished, print-ready result suitable for self-publishing and professional printing.

NOVA — Interactive Product Experience & Motion System This stage of the NOVA digital product experience focuses on bringing the responsive UI system to life through purposeful interaction and motion. After establishing the UX architecture, wireframes, responsive layouts, and reusable design system, I developed an interaction-focused experience that demonstrates how the product behaves across desktop, tablet, and mobile interfaces. The motion system explores key product interactions including hover and pressed states, dashboard feedback, animated data visualization, dropdown behavior, notifications, navigation states, and responsive screen transitions. Each interaction was designed to provide clear visual feedback while maintaining consistency across the wider NOVA design system. Rather than using motion purely as decoration, the goal was to make interactions feel intuitive, responsive, and connected to the user's actions. The accompanying motion video demonstrates how these static UI components translate into a more dynamic digital product experience. This final exploration connects UX strategy, scalable UI architecture, responsive product design, and interaction design into one cohesive system built for clarity, consistency, and future growth. @Product Designer
