Marketing Strategy + content for Health & Fitness Imane runs WellnessWonderz, the UAE's first fitness subscription box, curating quarterly boxes across Pilates, strength, and outdoor movement from local MENA brands. The brand had a joyful idea behind it, but no system to run it season after season. We built a four-part system: brand messaging rooted in Imane's own story that fitness should feel good, not like punishment, a content calendar and the Curated To Move community challenge, sales pages and email automations for every seasonal box drop, and Meta ads to bring in new subscribers each cycle. The challenge was building something repeatable. A subscription box needs a fresh campaign every quarter, from teaser to unboxing, without rebuilding the funnel and content from scratch each time. Alongside the content and social media work, this covered marketing strategy, sales funnels and launch pages, email marketing and automation, and paid ads, with social media as the main focus throughout. The result is a brand that now shows up consistently each season and beyond the feed too: featured on Dubai One TV, exhibiting at the Dubai Active trade show, and building a real community around every box.
