The workflow uses conditional logic to determine what happens after a response: Send the calendar link when needed Send appointment reminders Send a Day 2 reminder SMS Trigger internal notifications for the team Use conditional branches based on the lead's response Reduce manual follow-up by automating the process The idea is simple: once a lead enters the system, the automation should know what to do next. PROJECT TITLE Appointment Booking Automation System (Calendly, Zoom, Google Calendar & Gmail) SHORT DESCRIPTION Built a fully automated appointment booking system using Zapier that connects Calendly, Zoom, Google Calendar, and Gmail — so every booked meeting is scheduled, added to the calendar, and confirmed via email instantly. ABOUT THE PROJECT Manually scheduling meetings, creating Zoom links, updating calendars, and sending confirmation emails wastes valuable time. This project automates the entire booking flow — from the moment a client picks a time to the confirmation landing in their inbox. THE CHALLENGE The client needed to eliminate the manual work of: Creating Zoom links for every meeting Adding events to Google Calendar Sending confirmation emails to clients Keeping everything in sync without mistakes HOW I BUILT IT I built an automated Zap that connects 4 tools into one smooth workflow: Calendly Trigger — activates when a client books a Discovery Call Zoom — automatically creates a unique meeting link Google Calendar — adds a detailed event with meeting info Gmail — sends a personalized confirmation email with the Zoom link Everything happens instantly, with zero manual work. Aurelis Estates is a premium real estate experience combining luxury editorial design, sophisticated frontend engineering, and an AI-assisted development workflow. Built with React, the platform pairs cinematic visuals with GSAP animations, Lenis smooth scrolling, Framer Motion interactions, and Three.js effects. Functional experiences include dynamic property filtering, curated international markets, interactive mapping, inquiry flows, and a real-time mortgage calculator. AI coding tools were integrated throughout the development lifecycle to accelerate implementation, debugging, refactoring, codebase analysis, testing, and iteration, while architecture, UX direction, technical decisions, and quality control remained developer-led. The result is a responsive, accessible, and production-ready web experience that demonstrates strong frontend engineering alongside the ability to effectively direct modern AI development tools from concept through final implementation.
