Building Smarter Appointment Automation in GoHighLevel
Another part of the White-Label GoHighLevel project an appointment booking workflow designed to handle different scenarios automatically.
The workflow uses conditional logic to determine what happens after a response:
Send the calendar link when needed
Send appointment reminders
Send a Day 2 reminder SMS
Trigger internal notifications for the team
Use conditional branches based on the lead's response
Reduce manual follow-up by automating the process
The idea is simple: once a lead enters the system, the automation should know what to do next.

This is my AI Customer Support and Lead Generation Agent, built with n8n.
The workflow starts when a customer sends a message. The AI Agent understands the customer's request and responds automatically.
It also uses conversation memory to maintain context during the conversation.
When a customer wants to place an order, the agent collects important details such as their name, phone number, email, service, quantity, and requirements.
Finally, the customer's information is automatically saved into Google Sheets as a new lead.
This automation helps businesses handle customer inquiries and organize leads without manual work.

Designed and built the core product experience for Beauto, an AI-powered automation tool for small businesses.
What I did:
AI Assistant — chat interface where users describe a task and the AI builds the automation, with proactive, impact-ranked suggestions
Integrations hub — searchable library of one-click connections (Calendar, Stripe, HubSpot, Slack, etc.)
Analytics dashboard — automations run, hours saved, and conversion rate at a glance
Result: A chat-first flow that felt far less intimidating than traditional automation builders in user testing, driving most new automations created.
