Aurelis Estates is a premium real estate experience combining luxury editorial design, sophisticated frontend engineering, and an AI-assisted development workflow.
Built with React, the platform pairs cinematic visuals with GSAP animations, Lenis smooth scrolling, Framer Motion interactions, and Three.js effects. Functional experiences include dynamic property filtering, curated international markets, interactive mapping, inquiry flows, and a real-time mortgage calculator.
AI coding tools were integrated throughout the development lifecycle to accelerate implementation, debugging, refactoring, codebase analysis, testing, and iteration, while architecture, UX direction, technical decisions, and quality control remained developer-led.
The result is a responsive, accessible, and production-ready web experience that demonstrates strong frontend engineering alongside the ability to effectively direct modern AI development tools from concept through final implementation.

Forge Fitness is a premium landing page created for a modern fitness brand, designed to maximize user engagement and membership conversions through compelling design, smooth interactions, and a carefully structured user journey.
Rather than relying on templates or no-code builders, I used an AI-assisted development workflow to rapidly build, iterate, and refine a fully custom application. The project demonstrates not only modern frontend engineering, but also my ability to effectively direct AI tools to accelerate development while maintaining complete control over architecture, code quality, user experience, and performance.

Designed and built CapyCustomPC, a full e-commerce web app for a client in the custom gaming PC space. The core feature is a live PC configurator that lets users select individual components (CPU, GPU, RAM, storage, etc.) while the system calculates real-time pricing and compatibility as they build.
Beyond the store, the platform includes a community hub where PC enthusiasts can discuss builds and connect with each other, a gallery of completed builds, and a full admin dashboard for order management, listings/inventory, and team member permissions. Built end-to-end using AI-assisted development, integrated with Stripe for secure checkout and payments.
