Designed and built interactive funnel experiences focused on user engagement, lead capture, and conversion optimization.
This project includes quiz-based flows, onboarding sequences, and multi-step forms that guide users through a structured journey while collecting valuable inputs. The goal was to create a smooth and engaging experience that increases completion rates and drives meaningful actions.
I focused on simplifying complex flows into intuitive steps, using clean UI, clear progress indicators, and responsive layouts across devices. Each interaction was designed to reduce friction and keep users engaged from start to finish.
In addition, I integrated these funnels with backend logic and automation workflows, enabling actions such as lead segmentation, conditional outcomes, and follow-up processes. This ensures the system is not only visually effective but also functionally powerful for real-world use cases. Directed the Bank of the Future experience as Creative Director and hands-on UX/UI designer—reimagining how customers move through key banking moments across ATM and mobile. Owned the process from discovery and research to flows, UI systems, and front-end build support, creating a cohesive multi-channel experience designed for speed, confidence, and modern banking expectations.
