Elx // New visuals inspired by my hometown, Elche. The date palms of Europe’s largest palm grove. The sparks and chaos of the carretillas. Nit de l’Albà, our night of fireworks. And the Dama de Elche, stolen from Madrid’s National Archaeological Museum and brought back home. In my version, at least. Parts of the city I grew up in, brought into a surreal world. Reimagined by EXOT.

One video, three caption styles, three languages. A 30-second demo built on my Chess app promo: animated word-by-word captions in English (the spoken word lights up), clean translated subtitles in Spanish, then bouncy pop captions in French with key words in yellow. Every word is timed to the voice from a local transcription, translations are proofread by hand, and every line is placed away from the board and the call-to-action button so nothing important gets covered. Demo piece, not affiliated with Chess.com. Built in code with HyperFrames and GSAP.

I'm working on a platform that's helping companies become part of data spaces and share their data keeping full control who can see what. It's interesting how process of product design changed. Just year ago Figma was my everyday tool. Now I use code editor with AI to directly design on top of backend. This way I know technical constraints and can build frontend collaborating with developers and moving much faster than before. It's amazing really. Who else is amazed with all these new changes?
