I checked authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), domain and IP reputation, blacklist status, how the list was built and how healthy it is, sending patterns, and content signals. Then I ran seed tests to see where mail actually lands across Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo.
The deliverable was a clear, prioritized report. Every gap named, ranked by impact, with the exact fix and the order to do it. The client walked away knowing what was costing them the inbox and what to do first.
