Hi, I'm Nahid. I write emails for DTC brands.

I write welcome, cart reminder, thank-you, and campaign emails. Before I write, I take time to learn about your product and your customers.

I don't write long fancy emails just to send something. I write simple emails with a clear purpose.
I won't say I'm the best. But I ask a lot of questions, I try to understand people, and turn that into words.
