Digcy's Work | ContraYou’re a hand. Just a hand, stitched back together, crawling around a haunted mansion at midnight trying to steal poison before your candle dies.
That’s the whole game, and I’m a bit too proud of it.
You steer Stitch with your mouse (spam click and he scurries faster). The front door creaks open, you drop into a crypt with three portals, and each one takes you somewhere new: a study, a library, and a graveyard in the pouring rain. Light the pumpkins on your way and they give you a bit of candle back. Halfway through each level a huge wraith I call the Warden shows up, burns a red ring on the floor where you’re heading, and slams down on it. Move.
None of it is images or video. The house, the rain, the ghosts, the hand walking on its fingertips, it’s all 3D drawn live inside Rive.
What I used:
Rive CLI + GPU Canvas (both). The whole world is one WGSL shader, and the game logic, the hand animation, the ghosts and the boss are Luau scripts. Data binding runs the UI (scores, stars, portal locks), state machines handle the menus and hovers, and the sounds are all generated in code. Then I polished it by hand in the Rive Editor.
Cool thing to experience: the Begin button gets scared of your cursor, and the screen glitches when a ghost gets too close.
Play it on desktop (with sound!): https://stitch-midnight-brew-ar61uz.rive.to Every health app I’ve tried shows water as a number going up. I never felt anything looking at it.
So I wondered: what if the water was actually there? Every glass you add pours in for real, splashes, settles, and bubbles rise to the top. It’s a simulation running on the phone, not a video.
How I built it 👇
1 → designed the screens in Figma
2 → Claude built them natively in SwiftUI through the Figma MCP
3 → Liquid Glass for the bars, the charts straight from my Figma vectors
4 → a Metal shader for the water, so every glass actually pours in
There’s never one magic prompt for something built from scratch. It’s ideas, design, testing and a lot of small fixes. What makes it fast now is knowing exactly what you want. I built a 3D Agent using Opus 5.5 which lives on my Mac desktop, it can manage my calendar and meetings, reply to my emails, plan my vacations, and many more... zero clicks in the editor so far. just me, my terminal and a severed hand 🖐️🕯️
