Hero redesign concept for And And And Studio. The original was an endless scroll animation with no hierarchy and no way to tell which images were from which project.
I restructured it into clean thumbnail cards with a subtle magnetic hover. 1o cards for 10 projects. The larger cards highlight recent work, project names are revealed on hover and click takes you into the page.
Same browsing experience the studio wanted, just with actual clarity behind it now.

The original had only images in the hero with strong emotional copy hidden in the section below. There was no clear next step for visitors.
Rebuilt the hero with a clearer subheading and an obvious call to action.
