PULSE - Creator Monetization Platform: Complete UX/UI Design System
CHALLENGE
Pulse is a creator monetization platform with strong product-market fit,
but their onboarding experience is confusing. The original 7-step flow
has a projected 65% drop-off rate at step 4, discouraging creators from
joining and monetizing their audience.
SOLUTION
I redesigned the complete onboarding experience with a strategic approach:
Simplified from 7 steps to 4 (43% reduction in complexity)
Show earning potential EARLY ($2,400/month projection at welcome screen)
Progressive information gathering (ask one thing at a time, not everything)
Modern dark theme with purple/pink accents (appeals to 18-35 creators)
Clear visual hierarchy and intuitive flow
