The project leveraged large-scale review datasets to extract insights from unstructured text. Natural language processing (NLP) techniques were applied for text cleaning, feature extraction, and sentiment analysis, followed by machine learning models to predict star ratings based on review content. An end-to-end analytics pipeline was designed, covering data acquisition, integration, analysis, and delivery. Insights were presented through an interactive Power BI dashboard, allowing stakeholders to monitor trends, identify at-risk businesses, and respond to customer feedback more effectively.
