I built a B2B bulk purchasing and e-commerce platform that connects buyers and sellers through one centralized digital marketplace. It was designed with separate dashboards for buyers, sellers, and administrators. It includes product listings, three-level categories, live bidding, product approvals, inventory tracking, cart and checkout, Razorpay payments, order management, reports, and analytics. Buyers can find products, compare suppliers, submit bulk requirements, place orders, and join live bidding. Sellers can manage products, inventory, inquiries, orders, and sales from their dashboard. The platform also helps the business team manage buyers, sellers, leads, approvals, orders, and supplier activity from one system.

I developed a complete project management and team collaboration SaaS with frontend, backend, REST APIs and a structured database. Our work covered secure login, file management, real-time updates, search, role-based access and responsive screens. Key modules included workspaces, projects, sprints, tasks, Kanban boards, team discussions, notifications and reports. We then integrated the OpenAI API to power six AI features: AI sprint planning and milestone breakdown, automatic flowchart design, automated deadlines, smart reminders, AI task assignment and skill-based team building.
