I developed an Inventory FSN Analysis & Stock Status Dashboard using Google Sheets to analyze 1,203 SKUs based on six months of sales data. The project categorizes inventory into Fast-, Slow-, and Non-moving items and identifies active stock versus potential dead stock. Using data classification, automated stock status tracking, and visual dashboards, this project helps businesses monitor inventory movement, prioritize replenishment, and identify stagnant items for further review and potential clearance. The goal is to turn raw inventory data into clear, actionable insights for better inventory management.

In this project, I performed a comprehensive ABC inventory classification and Pareto analysis to optimize inventory management, safeguard working capital, and reduce holding costs. Using a raw dataset of over 1,200 unique SKUs, I calculated individual inventory values by multiplying unit prices by units sold, sorted the inventory hierarchy, and derived cumulative value percentages to classify items into strategic tiers (Categories A, B, and C). Key project milestones and deliverables included: 1. Data Processing & Valuation: Computed total inventory value across all active SKUs (totaling IDR 3.86 Billion) and structured dynamic cumulative formulas to map inventory concentration. 2. Pareto Stratification: Categorized the SKU base according to classical 80/20 inventory logic. Category A represented 80.0% of total inventory value (IDR 3.09 Billion) across a narrow fraction of total items, Category B contributed 15.0% (IDR 581.28 Million), and Category C contributed 5.0% (IDR 193.53 Million). 3. Visual Reporting: Designed a dual-axis Pareto combo chart mapping discrete class values alongside the cumulative percentage curve with dual axes and formatted threshold data points. 4. Executive Summary & Client Recommendations: Translated quantitative findings into actionable operational strategies, highlighting the critical risks of locked cash flow and stockouts on Category A items. Delivered concrete inventory control practices including strict cycle counting, dynamic reorder points, and automated demand forecasting. 5. Presentation-Ready Deliverable: Consolidated raw data samples, classification summaries, charts, and strategic business insights into an executive-ready portfolio dashboard.
