Yet another card with a sheen effect. Only this time, i actually understand how it works, how the right rotate values are tied to the cursor position, how radial gradient works better for this than linear gradient and how mix blend mode of screen helps.

spent way too long wondering why 'overflow:hidden' wasn't clipping my button text. turns out motion's popLayout makes the exiting element 'position:absolute', and 'overflow:hidden' won't clip an absolute child 'position:relative' on the parent. that's it.
