Short Description:
The Hive transforms traditional e-commerce into an AI-native "CEO Command Center." Instead of manually updating catalogs, managing inventory, or handling customer support, users control the entire platform through natural language commands and background AI agents.
Built around a sleek, dark-mode SaaS terminal aesthetic, the system features a three-screen autonomous workflow:
Screen 1 (Command Terminal): Central executive dashboard displaying live agent logs, catalog automation tasks, and real-time operational status.
Screen 2 (Autonomous Storefront): High-density product grid where background Catalog Agents dynamically apply live site-wide promotions (such as an automated 20% flat sale) and update inventory on the fly.
Screen 3 (Smart Checkout & AI Concierge): Seamless checkout flow featuring an active Meta Llama AI Assistant overlay for continuous customer support and real-time guidance.

Project Title: VMS Dairy — B2B & Consumer Farm Platform
VMS Dairy is an all-in-one e-commerce and logistics solution engineered for modern farm distribution. Built with Envato’s creative suite—leveraging fluid dairy typography, AI packaging generation, and custom prompt workflows—the platform bridges two distinct experiences: an inviting farm-to-table consumer storefront and a powerful, hidden B2B Admin Panel.
Embodying the Human by Design ethos, human artistic direction was used to transform raw AI output into a fully functional operational dashboard featuring real-time spoilage tracking, live yield analytics, and wholesale order management. By combining curated brand aesthetics with enterprise utility, Dairy Direct proves how strategic human design elevates machine speed into real-world business value.

We start off by logging into the customer website. This is what happens when you log in with YOUR Gmail: you get access to the customer page where you can order products. Logging in with MY Gmail specifically takes you to the admin panel where the live B2B Orders list is, along with the chart-based loss-profit tracker, and where you can mark products as spoiled
Fun fact: I don't have my credit card, so I decided to use the free Envato AI Generator to generate some product images (I generated about 15 images in 5 generations with a clever loophole :D So I told the AI to add 3 products side by side, then I took screenshots with Snipping Tool of each of them individually, then I used those screenshots as the product images. The way I see it, this way, everyone wins

Made an unknown farm its very own website!
Story.
VMS Dairy is a dairy farm located 1 km from the district of Tando Adam. The quality of their milk is very good, but no one knows about the farm because it's located in the middle of nowhere (literally), which is why half of their milk goes to waste.
So I decided to step in and make them a website to help them reach nationwide customers, which they are very grateful for.
I didn't have a credit card, so I couldn't use Envato's templates, but that didn't stop me from taking inspiration from Envato.
I used Base44 AI and asked it to add Unsplash images that look like Envato images to make it work out for everyone: the farm, me (because I wanted to join the contest ), and the Base44 contest

VMS Dairy Enterprise Management Platform
Project Overview
VMS Dairy is an independent, family-operated dairy farm producing premium milk, fresh creams, and artisanal cultured butters. While their physical production pipelines utilize automated milking machinery, their administrative backend was completely trapped in an offline environment, operating on localized, brittle Excel spreadsheets and manual whiteboards that were highly prone to input errors and offered zero real-time visibility.
For the Base44 Give It A Glow Challenge, I engineered a total digital transformation. This platform completely replaces a chaotic, offline spreadsheet workflow with a premium, high-performance enterprise operations dashboard built natively out of dynamic Base44 data blocks. It brings absolute administrative clarity, live inventory auditing, and client logistics management to a traditional business that desperately needed a modern software solution.
The Business Challenge: Rural Isolation and Mass Spoilage
Operating deep within an isolated, rural village creates a severe logistical bottleneck. Premium fresh dairy products demand instant, temperature-controlled distribution. However, because regional transport infrastructure is highly unpredictable and finding urban commercial buyers manually takes days, a devastating percentage of daily high-quality milk yields spoil before ever reaching city markets.
Without a centralized system to track product shelf-life and monitor financial losses, the farm was bleeding capital in silence. The VMS Dairy platform was engineered specifically to halt this economic bleeding.
Technical Architecture and Dashboard Walkthrough
The application utilizes a dark, high-end enterprise interface designed for high-stress operational environments. The core engine is built across three distinct, data-driven systems:
Dynamic Inventory Auditing and Admin Spoiled Section: A robust state-management table that replaces manual logs. When a worker marks a product as spoiled, the backend instantly calculates the exact financial hit (such as a direct $25 loss for 5 compromised blocks of cultured butter) and auto-updates the farm’s global ledger without requiring manual complex formulas.
Live Financial Analytics and Revenue Velocity: High-fidelity analytics blocks that map live profit, overhead margins, and revenue fluctuations, giving the operator an absolute macroeconomic view of the farm's financial health at a single glance.
Unified Customer Registry and Distribution Log: A clean relational layout tracking client orders, delivery status, and localized distribution paths to ensure product moves from the rural facility to the buyer before expiration.
Conclusion
This project demonstrates the absolute power of Base44. It takes raw, unorganized, messy columns from a broken spreadsheet workflow and restructures them into a premium digital workspace. It bridges the gap between hard, physical labor and high-end software engineering, turning operational tracking chaos into a flawless enterprise glow-up.

Jumper — Interactive Rive State Machine
Hi everyone! Here is my submission for the Rive x Contra Challenge. I designed and animated a character that transitions dynamically between a grounded idle state and a flying loop.
How it works:
Idle State: The character rests in a continuous looping idle animation.
Flight Transition: Using a custom State Machine, I created a seamless transition from idle to fly.
The Logic: The animation is driven by a boolean input (isFlying). When triggered, the character lifts off, completes the flight cycle, and smoothly returns to the ground loop.

One: Index finger up. This is the basic mode you move your hand left and right to steer the car
Two: Index and middle finger up ( Victory sign ): This is the fast version of the first mode
Three: Open hand gesture ( high five gesture ): You can not steer in this mode but you jump in this mode
