Last week I built something for a client that genuinely excited me.
They were getting comments on their Instagram posts every single day.
People genuinely interested in their service.
People who were ready to have a conversation.
But by the time my client saw the comment and responded manually and asked the qualifying questions and tried to book a call ā the lead had already gone cold.
Or found someone else.
So I built a system that fixed all of that.
Here is exactly how it works.
The moment someone comments on their Instagram post ManyChat fires immediately. The post gets an automatic public reply and at the same time a personalised direct message lands in that person's inbox.
No delay. No missed opportunities. Every single comment answered automatically
Inside the DM the automation starts a conversation. Asking the right questions one at a time in a warm and natural way. The potential client feels like they are talking to a real person. But my client is not typing a single word.
Once the lead is fully qualified the automation moves them straight to booking. A calendar link is sent. They pick their time. The appointment is confirmed. All without any human involvement.
And then the HighLevel (https://www.linkedin.com/feed/#) AI voice agent takes over. It automatically calls the client to confirm the appointment answer any basic questions and prepare them for the upcoming call.
From comment to qualified lead to booked call to confirmed appointment. Completely on autopilot. 24 hours a day 7 days a week even while my client sleeps.
Tools I used to build this were Manychat (https://www.linkedin.com/feed/#) for the Instagram automation GoHighLevel for the CRM pipeline and AI voice agent and GoHighLevel calendar for the automated booking system.
