My results leaned toward a š“D/šµC profile ā šæš²ššš¹šš-š±šæš¶šš²š», š®š»š®š¹ššš¶š°š®š¹, š®š»š± š³š¼š°ššš²š± š¼š» šµš¶š“šµ ššš®š»š±š®šæš±š. It explained many of my leadership and decision-making patterns.
But the biggest takeaway was realizing that not everyone communicates, makes decisions, or responds to feedback the same way. That's the biggest value of the DISC framework
