SYNAPZ — Governed AI Technology Company Website I founded and built SYNAPZ as a governed AI technology ecosystem designed to coordinate specialist AI agents, operational data, human approvals and controlled software workflows. The wider platform includes governed AI infrastructure, application-building systems, operational integrity and memory controls, security and deployment guardians, real-time intelligence platforms, document and evidence systems, creative-production engines and specialist business applications. Rather than allowing unrestricted autonomous execution, the architecture uses policy gates, human approvals, audit records, sandboxing, testing, deployment controls and rollback protection. I led the overall vision, product strategy, system architecture, workflow design, development direction, integration, testing and deployment across the ecosystem.

I created KYRO as an in-house digital DJ and music artist through SYNAPZ Records. KYRO is designed as more than a one-off AI-generated performer. The project combines a persistent artist identity, defined sonic DNA, evolving creative direction, visual world-building and structured music-production workflows. I developed the wider creative system behind KYRO, including the artist concept, identity architecture, AI-assisted production workflows, visual direction, release process and connection to the Genesis Engine. This video showcases one of KYRO’s official releases. The music is also distributed through Spotify, Apple Music and Amazon Music. I led the concept, systems architecture, creative direction, development and release workflow.

Wholesale Growth & Buyer Discovery Platform I designed and built a full-stack wholesale growth platform that helps brands discover suitable retailers, identify buyer contacts, assess commercial fit and manage outreach through a structured sales pipeline. The platform combines boutique discovery, brand-to-retailer matching, buyer contact research, AI-assisted fit scoring, promotional outreach, follow-up tracking, deal-pipeline management and controlled CSV/CRM exports. I led the product concept, workflow design, system architecture, frontend, backend, database, testing and deployment.

The system supports structured verification, operational checks, evidence capture and controlled response workflows, helping teams identify when a deployed environment has moved away from its approved state. I led the architecture, workflow design, development, validation, testing and final packaging of the system.

Grid Delivery Control — Grid Connection and Commissioning Platform I designed and built Grid Delivery Control, a secure project-management platform for renewable energy, BESS and electrical infrastructure projects. The system brings grid-connection requirements, technical evidence, approvals, milestones, risks, commissioning records and handover documentation into one controlled workspace—from initial application through to energisation. Key capabilities include G99 and G100 workflow tracking, document version control, technical approval gates, readiness dashboards, project risks, commissioning test records, audit history and controlled handover reporting. I led the product concept, engineering workflow design, system architecture, frontend, backend, database, security controls, testing and deployment. This is an independently developed product created through my personal Replit workspace.

The system brings together structured inspections, live compliance dashboards, approval workflows, risk tracking, evidence packs, audit history and client-ready reporting in one controlled workspace. I led the product concept, system architecture, workflow design, frontend, backend, database, testing and deployment. Built as a SYNAPZ-powered technology platform and developed with practical high-risk engineering and construction workflows in mind.

SYNAPZ Shield — Governed Situational Awareness Platform I designed and built SYNAPZ Shield, a secure browser-based situational-awareness platform for monitoring, assessing and coordinating complex operational events. The system combines interactive mapping, real-time event tracking, threat and incident workflows, role-based access control, evidence provenance, integrity-checked audit records and controlled after-action reporting. I led the product concept, system architecture, frontend, backend, database design, security controls, testing and deployment. This demonstrator uses synthetic and public-source data only. No classified, restricted or customer-confidential information is shown.

I designed and built the Genesis Engine, an AI-assisted production system for creating and managing cinematic characters, performances, scenes and media workflows. The platform combines structured creative direction, character consistency, automated production pipelines, controlled generation, review stages and repeatable output workflows. This video featuring KYRO demonstrates the type of high-quality visual content the engine can help produce. I led the concept, system architecture, workflow design, automation, development, testing and production controls.
