LCP | "All In" Inclusive Design Launch
Overview: As the Lead Designer, I spearheaded the visual identity and animation for LCP’s "All In" internal initiative. This project required translating a complex internal scheme into an engaging, 40-second motion piece designed to drive employee adoption and understanding of inclusive design principles.
The Process: I worked directly with key stakeholders to define project goals before developing the end-to-end creative - from initial style-frames and storyboards to custom asset creation.
Execution: Every element was custom-built in Illustrator and brought to life in After Effects, ensuring a fluid, high-energy pace that maintained viewer engagement throughout the internal launch.

LCP | "Do Check Review" Mixed-Media Explainer
Overview: To internalize a core business process for new starters, I developed a 2-minute narrative-driven film using a distinct collage aesthetic. The goal was to move away from traditional corporate visuals to create something memorable, tactile, and engaging for an internal learning platform.
The Creative Challenge: Pacing a 2-minute technical explanation requires a strong visual hook. I utilized a "cut-out" collage style, blending photography and vector elements to create a high-energy, educational journey.
Execution: I led the project from discovery to delivery, using Photoshop for complex asset manipulation and After Effects for the final character and environment animation.

InsurSight | International Product Launch & Social Campaign
Overview: For the US launch of InsurSight, I led the creation of a modular suite of motion assets. Originally designed for high-impact exhibition displays, the project evolved into a data-driven social campaign to capture the American market.
The Strategy: I collaborated closely with the Digital Marketing team to analyze A/B test results, allowing us to iterate on the motion language and call-to-actions to optimize performance for LinkedIn’s professional audience.
Execution: I owned the end-to-end creative process, ensuring the "InsurSight" brand remained consistent while pivoting the technical delivery from large-scale exhibition screens to mobile-first social formats.
