AI Repair Shop Assistant: Full Customer Journey on WhatsApp (n8n + AI Agents)
I built an AI system that runs a repair company's entire customer process automatically, over WhatsApp.
The problem
A device repair business has to handle many customers at once. Taking in details, sending quotes, chasing approvals, tracking parts, telling people when to pick up, and asking for feedback. Doing all of this by hand is slow and things get missed.
What I built
One large n8n system with a team of AI agents, each doing one job.
Takes in new customers through a webhook and creates their record
Generates a quote PDF and sends it to the customer
Reads the customer's WhatsApp reply and understands what they want (approval, question, complaint, or call request)
Replies in the customer's own language, German, English, or others
Reminds staff when a device is waiting for parts
Creates a pickup code and tells the customer when their device is ready
Waits 7 days after a repair, then asks the customer for feedback
Flags negative feedback as a complaint so the team can act fast
The smart part
Instead of one big confused bot, I used many small AI agents that each handle one clear task. This makes the system reliable and easy to fix. An intent classifier reads every message first and sends it to the right agent.

Result
A hands-off assistant that manages the full customer journey from first contact to feedback, so the team can focus on repairs instead of messages.💯

AI Cold Outreach & Lead Generation System (n8n + AI)
I built an automated system that finds leads, writes personal emails, and follows up, without manual work.
The problem
Cold outreach takes hours every day. Finding leads, researching each one, writing emails, tracking replies, and following up. It is slow and easy to mess up.
What I built
A single n8n system that runs the full outreach process on a schedule.
Finds new leads from Apollo every morning
Enriches and researches each lead using web scraping and AI
Keeps only qualified leads, then saves them to a Google Sheet
Waits for human approval in the sheet before anything sends
Uses AI to write a personal email for each approved lead
Sends safely with delays between emails to protect deliverability
Detects replies automatically and notifies the client
Sends smart follow-ups to leads who did not answer
The smart part
Nothing sends without approval. A person reviews leads in the sheet first. This keeps the sending safe and avoids spam problems. It also has built-in error alerts, so if anything breaks, I get notified right away.

Result
A hands-off outreach engine that turns cold lead hunting into an automatic daily process, with a human in control of what goes out.

AI Programmatic SEO Engine (n8n + Multi-Agent AI)
I built an automated SEO system that writes and publishes local service pages at scale for a German IT repair business, with no manual writing.
A single n8n workflow generates City, Brand, and Component pages. For each page, a chain of AI agents handles search intent, SEO keywords, content, and images. Pages publish straight to WordPress with the right silo structure.
The smart part: it connects to Google Search Console, checks how pages perform, then automatically regenerates weak ones. A self-improving loop, not a one-time publisher.

I built a fully automated content system that researches, writes, optimizes, and publishes SEO blog articles with zero manual work.
It scrapes daily news, stores it in a MongoDB vector database, and uses a team of AI agents to pick topics, write, and quality-check each article, rewriting until it hits a quality threshold. It then generates SEO metadata and a custom cover image, and publishes straight to WordPress.
Built with n8n, MongoDB Atlas, Google Gemini, OpenAI, and the WordPress REST API.
Result: 5 to 6 SEO-ready articles published per day, fully hands-free.
