The Beer Engine in Skipton. Three time Yorkshire Pub of the Year, CAMRA runner-up, and in the Good Beer Guide for eleven years running. Before: their beer board was a photo of the pump clips with every beer name, brewery and ABV hand typed underneath. It is the single biggest reason people walk in, and every time a line changed, someone had to retype the whole thing. Tap Takeover events lived on Instagram only. Nothing on the actual site. After: a live build on Base44. https://engine-ale-flow.base44.app/ (https://engine-ale-flow.base44.app/) ● A real time What's On Tap board, cask and craft, updated live from the cellar ● An Events page. The gap that did not exist before ● Every Beer We've Poured, a gallery that grows on its own ● Find Us, with a live Skipton train departures widget. A nod to the real vintage departures board on the pub's wall The automation: staff upload the same pump clip photo they already take. Base44 reads the image and extracts beer name, brewery, style and ABV into an editable table. Staff review it and hit Confirm and Publish. It is live on the public tap board straight after. No retyping, and nothing goes live unreviewed. Video walkthrough attached. Before, after, then the automation demo. #GiveItAGlow @Base44

An AI operating system that runs my own agency — Claude Code as the orchestration layer, wired into n8n, Supabase, and a live CRM/dashboard. It handles lead scoring, outreach personalisation, client reporting, and internal operations end-to-end, with scheduled agents doing weekly audits and prep work without being asked. Built as both an internal tool and a proof point: everything I sell to clients (Speed to Lead, follow-up automation, AI agents) runs first inside my own business. Stack: Claude Code, n8n, Supabase, Next.js, OpenRouter, Apollo/Apify for enrichment.
