I designed, moderated, and analyzed remote usability tests with 5 service providers who used a resource app to refer their clients to LGBTQ+ affirming services.

Following 5 usability tests of a sports SaaS, I unraveled 9 issues and provided 3 opportunities for a start-up founder's product and business direction.

The project objectives were to explore design features and identify usability issues as needed to optimize Therapieland Monitor during the COVID-19 pandemic.
