The Workflow: Multi-Model Cinematic Chainer
Turning a random phone snap into a 20s cinematic teaser
I wanted to see how far I could push that one cool blurry screenshot we always love. Instead of just rolling the dice with one prompt, I built a Multi-Model Cinematic Chainer to actually direct the shots.
How I built it:
The Setup: Used Flux to expand the frame into a wide cinematic view.
The Vibe: Forced GPT Image 2 to lock in those specific sunset rays and haze.
The Action: Chained Kling for the tricky stuff—like the 180° turn and the close-up walk on the canal edge.
The Look: Finished it off with a 35mm analog grade for that film grit.
Really happy with how the continuity held up across all 5 shots.

I used the workflow to fix the lighting, expand the frame, and animate the whole sequence. Crazy to see what a modular pipeline can pull out of a low-res source file

One image becomes multiple cinematic realities.
How users control it
Instead of editing manually, users guide the outcome through environmental inputs:
Season — shapes the color palette and overall mood: Winter, Summer, Autumn, Spring.
Weather — adds atmosphere: Rain, Snow, Fog, Clear, Storm.
Time of day — controls lighting and emotional tone: Sunrise, Noon, Sunset, Night.
Mixed mode — automatically spreads different conditions across all 9 shots.
These inputs act as a cinematic direction system, not simple visual filters.
How it works ,Analyze the uploaded image for scene, depth, and composition.Apply the selected environment settings.
Generate 9 distinct cinematic shots.Animate each shot with unique camera motion.Generate a matching film score.Combine everything into a final 45-second reel.
Why it’s different ?
It changes angle, composition, and atmosphere — not just style.It is driven by environment, not presets.It is fully automated from image to film.
Every run creates a unique visual and audio result.

Output: A cinematic reel with snow-filled shots, foggy depth, night lighting, and a cold ambient score.

Gamifying client reports with AI ✨
As a social media marketer, I spend hours every month translating data into "pretty" reports, only for them to get buried in a client’s inbox. And if the client doesn't see the data, they don't see the value I'm bringing to the table.
So I decided to use Morphic to turn dry Instagram analytics into a "Spotify Wrapped" style arcade experience. By gamifying the reporting process, I’m not just saving time - I’m increasing client engagement and proving ROI in a way they actually enjoy watching.
The workflow:
🕹️ Step 1: you upload raw Instagram screenshots and Morphic extracts the data into a table, ready for human revision
🕹️ Step 2: after you give it the green light on the data, it'll run a custom equation I built to calculate the MVP (Most Valuable Post), based on weighing high-value actions like shares (10x) and saves (7x) over vanity metrics like likes
🕹️ Step 3: to get the best video results, Morphic starts by generating images of each slide, both with the given data, and some "zero-ed out" copies - this allows the AI to animate the data much more accurately
🕹️ Step 4: after you approve the images, it'll put it together into 5 separate animations, as you can see in the example below
...et voilá! You got yourself something that took you way less time and is much more engaging - both for you AND the client!
