My clients didn't give 5 stars because the edits were the best they'd ever seen. They gave them because: → I delivered when I said I would → I communicated before they had to ask → I treated their brand like it mattered — because it does Skill gets you in the room. Reliability keeps you there. If you're just starting out on Contra: stop worrying about your portfolio. Start worrying about your process.
