The central concept transforms the familiar “wheel of fortune” format into a Wheel of Misfortune, where each segment represents an emotional or behavioral trigger associated with relapse and addiction. The character is positioned between two competing voices, reinforcing the internal tension between temptation and recovery.
The illustration was intentionally kept in a clean black-and-white comic style, with expressive linework, hand-drawn details, visual humor, and clear hierarchy so the message remains readable even at smaller sizes.
