Shopify Store Development for Healthon Wellness Brand
Healthon partnered for a Shopify development project focused on backend optimization and custom ecommerce functionality. The work included Shopify API development, custom order tracking implementation, and storefront structure improvements to support a smoother customer experience.
The goal was to create a more responsive Shopify store with streamlined operations, stronger usability, and scalable backend functionality for long-term ecommerce growth.

New project: a film-first website for Portugal Media Productions, an award-winning film and photography team whose work includes David Beckham for Haig Club. Built in Framer on our Nova Quinn template, with headlines over full-screen footage, a moving client logo strip, and a site the team now edits on their own.

I noticed Creative freelancers, video editors, and social agencies running monthly retainers lose hours of margin every week chasing scattered feedback across WhatsApp/Slack, manually updating credit spreadsheets, and absorbing unbilled "just one more quick edit" scope creep.
AI Brief-to-Production Engine (Brief Studio): Clients paste a messy voice-note transcript or raw campaign idea. SlateOS automatically structures the deliverable, selects the aspect ratio (9:16, 4:5), generates 3 high-retention opening hooks + full platform captions, estimates credit cost, and pushes the asset directly into the pipeline.
Automated Scope-Creep Guard (Approval Studio): Every deliverable tracks revision rounds against the client's retainer allowance (e.g., 2 of 2 Free Used). When a client attempts to submit an out-of-scope revision, SlateOS intercepts the request and presents a 1-click $75 Extra Revision Add-On, turning lost production hours into protected revenue.
1-Click Greenlight & Credit Deduction: Clicking Approve & Auto-Schedule automatically deducts the asset's credit cost from the client's monthly retainer burn-rate bar, locks in the next publishing slot on the Content Calendar, and logs the event in the live Automation Activity feed.
Dual-Persona Experience: Features an instant top-bar switcher between Agency Command and Client Portal (which dynamically adapts navigation and permissions), alongside a 1-click Reset Demo Data button for seamless testing.
