I was actually asked this in an interview recently, “How often do you use AI?”
And to be very honest, I’m still not sure I gave the perfect answer. 😂
But here’s what I said,
I use AI daily.
I’ve built systems that run even when I’m not there, and I use AI for quick research, drafting, brainstorming, analysing information, and taking repetitive work off my plate.
But I don’t use it just for the sake of saying I used AI.
For me, it’s about knowing where it can save time, improve the work, or remove unnecessary manual effort.
Maybe that was the answer they were looking for. Maybe it wasn’t. 😂

Every day? Once a week? Only when you’re stuck?
Honestly, I don’t think there’s a “right” amount.
You don’t get bonus points for using AI on everything. 😂
If AI saves you 20 minutes on a repetitive task, great.
