Mine: an email-to-structured-reply agent. What broke first was PDFs where the page was rotated 90°. Model read them fine; my pre-processing step didn't.

A while back, we got tired of the same question on every project:
“Wait, where are we on this?”
The team was working, but everything was scattered. Feedback in one tool, files in another, approvals stuck in someone’s inbox. Every update meant piecing it all together.
So we started building Shelf — a shared space where feedback stays with the work, approvals are visible, and both agency and client can see exactly what’s happening.
We’re still polishing a few things, but we’re getting close...

Why?
