I engineered an ergonomic high heel concept by transforming qualitative user feedback into structural biomechanical refinements. I optimized weight distribution and footbed curvature before executing precise pattern engineering for the upper, lining, and heel counter. I managed prototype development through multiple physical wear-testing iterations to eliminate pressure points. The final delivery included complete manufacturing documentation featuring factory-ready spec sheets, lasting guidelines, and material yield maps.
