Shorts Pulse — Interaction Logic Breakdown
Most short-form platforms rely on menus and icons for Save and Share. That adds friction.
Shorts Pulse removes that layer.
Instead of tapping icons or navigating through the menu, users extend intent from a double tap:
• Double tap → Like
• Double tap + slide up → Share
• Double tap + slide down → Save
• One swipe = one video
Swipe never overrides tap. Gesture ownership is preserved. No accidental skipping.
Every interaction pattern starts somewhere. Pinch-to-zoom started somewhere. Double tap to like started somewhere. Pull-to-refresh started somewhere.
