Full-page luxury real estate print advertisement designed to promote top-performing agents and featured property listings in a polished, editorial-style format. The design combines professional agent photography, luxury property imagery, listing details, QR codes, brokerage branding and contact information while maintaining a strong visual hierarchy.
Created for professional magazine and publication placement, this project demonstrates experience in real estate advertising, magazine ad design, luxury property marketing, full-page print ads, editorial layout, agent marketing and print collateral design. The finished artwork was designed for high-impact presentation while accommodating detailed property information and professional print-production requirements.

Four more brand identity concepts, four more personalities — all built for the startup/tech space.
SorAi — a radiant, orbiting burst mark in electric yellow-green on deep teal, built for an AI-forward brand that wants to feel sharp and energetic.
Moxe — a geometric "M" monogram built from interlocking diamond shapes, confident and structured — fits a fintech or platform brand.
FlowSync — an interconnected node/network mark, designed for a sync, data, or infrastructure product that needs to signal connection and movement.
Queue — a rotating arrow/blade icon paired with a clean wordmark, simple and functional — built for a workflow or process-driven tool.
Each mark was built to hold up across icon, wordmark, and app contexts — not just on a presentation board.

Designing for the icon context rather than the presentation board is the harder constraint, and Queue and FlowSync clearly survive it. SorAi is the one I'd stress-test — those petal gaps are tight enough that they may close up on a small dark tile.

A bold and playful brand identity created for a modern sandwich shop. The goal was to develop a distinctive and recognizable visual system that communicates energy, freshness, and personality while remaining flexible across different brand touchpoints. The project included primary and secondary logo design, color and typography systems, brand guidelines, packaging, and branded applications. The result is a cohesive identity designed to work consistently across packaging, print, and in-store materials.
The identity balances a playful tone with a surprisingly disciplined system—especially in how the red-and-black palette carries across packaging and in-store touchpoints. It feels built to stay recognizable in the wild.
