My thoughts on Contra lately have been increasingly negative and here's why.

— They've reduce quality of C Pro, and then made it $80 — Constantly spamming my inbox with "contests" — They've made little effort to onboard more businesses recently — The gigs that I'm "chosen" for are rarely relevant to me — The platform feels like it diluting fast Contra support is usually great, Ben seems like a genuine person, and the platform looks much better than any other. But I signed up to Contra 4 years ago because I wanted high quality clients, not a social feed, not a product catalog, and certainly not for contests. Their top priority should be ushering businesses to the platform, nothing else matters at this point. You have the backend built, you have the talent, and you have experience dialed in.

But I did the math, and it looks like there's an average of 4 jobs posted a day on my feed (web design/dev & branding). None of this matters to me if there's no money to be made here. I hope that this is addressed soon. Written with love!
