Motion design isn’t about making everything move.
It’s about knowing what should move, when it should move, and why.
With Blender, I like building visuals that combine strong composition with movement, lighting, materials, and timing.
From product animations to abstract 3D scenes, every element should support the idea rather than distract from it.
Good motion catches attention.
Great motion gives the idea a sense of life.

The line about knowing what should move and when is such a good filter for motion work, most of the bad examples I see just animate everything because they can. I'd guess the hardest calls are actually about what to leave still. Is that where most of your iteration time goes?

Yeah, honestly, a lot of the iteration is figuring out what not to move. Restraint usually takes more thought than adding another animation.
