eCommerce Email & SMS Automation & Customer Retention

Designed and configured a complete eCommerce email and SMS automation system focused on customer engagement, retention, and recovering potential lost sales. The project included abandoned cart recovery, browse abandonment, welcome series, back-in-stock notifications, customer thank-you emails, and order-related flows. I also created a multi-step abandoned cart workflow using personalized email and SMS messages, customer behavior triggers, consent conditions, timed delays, and conditional splits. The goal was to create a structured customer journey that automatically follows up with shoppers at the right time, improves engagement, and creates more opportunities for conversions and repeat purchases.
