Chat-first checkout is the interesting call here. Once the conversation is the cart, you inherit ordering problems a normal cart never has, since a reservation and the message confirming it can land out of order on a flaky connection. Curious whether you kept reservation state...
Treating commerce as a social behavior instead of another catalog is a strong product premise. The full-cycle delivery—from UX through Flutter—also makes this a convincing MVP-to-market case study.
