I built a student CRM system for a spiritual organisation present in eastern Europe.
The brief: a growing organisation managing student initiations, lesson progressions, donations, retreats, and milestone communications across multiple countries. Everything was manual. Nothing was connected.
What the build covered:
1. Student intake via multilingual forms, with automatic routing into the correct workflow on submission
2. A teacher-facing interface for moving students through initiation levels, with a separate form-triggered update when students request progression themselves
3. Cumulative donation tracking per donor, with automated thank you notes on receipt
4. Retreat tracking for both hosted and attended events, with automated reminders and welcome communications to students
5. A milestone system covering birthdays, faith anniversaries, and spiritual milestones — advance reminders to teachers, automated greetings to students on the day
This project was very special to me as it is the first one since I have become a freelancer. I am extremely grateful to the client for taking a chance on me when I had no reviews and my profile was brand new.

GoHighLevel Lead Follow-Up Workflow for an Oregon Construction Company
I built this GoHighLevel Connect Call workflow to help an Oregon construction company manage new inquiries from Networx, Google Ads, and other lead sources.
The workflow maps the different paths a lead can take, including successful contact, missed calls, continued follow-up, and human handoff. It also keeps the relevant tasks, contact updates, and next steps organized inside the CRM.
The goal was to create a consistent lead-management process without relying on scattered notes or manual reminders.
Good automation does not replace the sales conversation. It makes sure the right conversation happens at the right time.
I help service businesses with GoHighLevel workflow design, CRM organization, lead routing, follow-up automation, and system audits.
For a construction company specifically, that missed call path is probably doing more revenue recovery than any other branch. guys on a job site are not picking up mid pour so leads default to voicemail & just go cold without something automatically pulling them back in
