First, I define the brand identity: Who the audience is What the brand should feel like (premium, warm, playful, serious, etc.) Core colors, fonts, and tone of voice Then I use that identity to plan the website layout: Where the visitor starts (hero) What story they read next Where the WhatsApp/DM or ‘Book a call’ button sits How the whole page feels like one seamless brand experience This “map‑first” approach is important because it: Keeps the brand consistent everywhere Makes the website feel intentional, not random Makes it easier to convert visitors when every section has a clear purpose
