So I rebuilt it.
Result: near-instant load + smooth playback.
🧪 Added a custom Vanilla JS engine with requestAnimationFrame + lerp smoothing
→ scroll controls the video timeline, but feels fluid—not robotic.
✨ Designed a cyberpunk-style UI:
Glassmorphism HUD, dynamic frame counter, scroll-reactive elements, adaptive typography.

This FLORA technique converts references into a structured 2x2 campaign grid - keeping the same model and outfit, while exploring multiple visual directions that you can pick from.
